If you are feeling a bit lost or confused or can't find the answer you are looking for, please contact us and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as we can.  The fastest way to get in touch is to raise a support ticket and our moderators will reply to you.

For removal of doubt, please understand that our moderators will not respond to requests for price-checks, questions about the accuracy of seller listings, or enquiries relating to buyer/seller disputes such as those outlined in our terms of use. Emails sent to us relating to such requests will not be replied to. We also reserve the right to not enter into any discussions regarding auction account terminations or suspensions.
